Paul-Joseph Smith was diagnosed with neuroblastoma at 17 months old and lost his battle shortly after his 2nd birthday. He loved adventures, this trust is created in his memory to support others and fund research and raise awareness. Lets carry on with more adventures in Paul’s name.
